tinatamad ako magbike solo kagabi at ginawa ko nalang excuse na mayrong haze. :D

sabay sa 640JR para warmup papunta dun
then 4 laps siguro

since as a team kau magtrain which is good actually.

ganito gawin niyo. (WEEKDAY and/or WEEKEND crash workout for ITT and TTT)

WEEK OCT 17 - 4 person 4 loops in changi/seletar
>each rider will pull for 1 stretch 6km

WEEK OCT 24 - 4 persons 3.5 loops in changi/seletar
>each rider will pull for 1/2 stretch 3km (stoplight)

WEEK OCT 31 - 4 persons 3 loops in changi/seletar
>dry run TTT 120-150 pedal strokes each

WEEK NOV 7 - 4 person 4 loops in changi/seletar
>each rider will pull for 1 stretch 6km
(ITT race rin pala itong weeks)

WEEK NOV 14 - 4 persons 3.5 loops in changi/seletar
>each rider will pull for 1/2 stretch 3km (stoplight)

WEEK NOV 21 4 persons 3 loops in changi/seletar
>last dry run TTT 120-150 pedal strokes each

WEEK NOV 28 TTT RACE NA!!!!

may work ako all sundays until 12the Dec. :x :x :x high chance cannot do any race starting Nov. kakainis nga kasi nawala tuloy yung motivation factor :(

Based from previous test, 200W will be around 32~33KPH pero based sa recommendation ni coach eh babaan ko pa that's why I'm looking for a 1:30 hr finish....

180w muna first lap.
then 190w sa second lap kung kaya
then 200w++ sa third lap kung kaya.

35km lang ang course.

70mins = 30kph
65mins = 33.2kph
60mins = 35kph

last year AUG 2009 mga 200w lang kaya ko kaso
nka aerobar at nka 37kph ave
kaso yung wind condition noon
eh pure tailwind at headwind
ngayon parati crosswinds YARI!
