long story short.

There will be greater improvements in cycling performance if we train on hot conditions.
Later on the day of course when the sun is high.
Rather than training on dawn or evening.
Usually the PROs ride wakeup late and ride at 10am.

Its time to resign from our jobs :D
Or take a night job (gigolo or pimp) :D

It could be one of the reasons why Michel improvement is skyrocketing.
I did some heat acclimatization training for Bintan
and I think it greatly helped in stage 1 bcoz
I remember the barren landscapes 50km to the finish
that I was feeling so good and the peloton was stripping off riders.

Heat acclimatization can be somehow simulated
in the boring indoor trainer if you can train in a high volume/intensity that you need.

Heat acclimatization requires 2 weeks.
Most of the rides in the 2week taper period should be when the sun is high and the conditions is hot hot hot.

Sample:

Taper1 week
SAT 9AM Mandai uphill interval loops
SUN LH830 ride
MON REST
TUE Tue Sprint, ride to blowup
WED REST
THU Indoor LT v02 intervals (no fan just window)
FRI REST

Taper2 week
SAT REST
SUN LH830 ride or mandai intervals
MON REST
TUE REST
WED 1-2 minute power intervals indoor trainer (no fan)
THU REST
FRI REST

Race week
SAT RACE RACE RACE!!! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

pag nag MTB ako usually start ko around 9:30am sa trail. Napansin ko nga parang nakaka-fatigue at minsan nahihilo-hilo pa :shock: :shock:

dapat talaga may long rides tayo exceeding lunch time and reaching times of 2-3pm++++
