Estimating TSS

The TSS or Training Stress Score is very essential in quantifying the workload you have done. This parameter can help ensure proper progression and avoid burnout and/or injury.



How to use this chart???

Endurance pace zone 2(high) 90minutes is 90TSS

Tempo zone 3 90minutes is 105TSS

Timetrial pace zone 5a 60minutes is 100TSS

To make things simple, just buy a bike computer that are capable of recording your heart rate. Then download that data on the WKO+ software. That SW are capable of displaying your ride TSS and a good tool for monitoring your progress...

at endurance ride ka lang dapat eh dapat ~3 hours e umuwi kana.
