anyways it is a good read

ayoko ng rest day

rest week ang basic requirement ng pleasure rider

sample: kumagako pleasure rider has a 9-DAY rest week <- para masaya
2 weekends and the 5 weekdays compromise the rest week para may oras sa sarili, family at lovelife

tsaka grabe yan 5-days a week ang training!

sample: kumagako pleasure rider will only ride 3-4 5training days/week in a span of 5months
mostly 3x a week
minsan 4x a week kung 8weeks away na sa raceday


*im not saying the training plans wont work
sabi ko lang na di lang siya pareho sa pleasure rider training plan

for leisure rider training plan ask @makoy jump

pinakamasarap sa lahat hug

whaaaaah! elite runner ka talaga bossing! pati pauwi tinakbo mo na din!

actually nakita kita ... mga plus 4km ka sa akin that time. hihihi.cguro inside top 15 ka! astig! idol!

ako... try try lang kung san at ano kakayanin.hihihihi. which sexy butt to follow. party party party

result... busted! nagkamali

lol , siguro kung walang timing chip puede mag 15th place, kasi mag short cut na lang ako para mabilis. nway tumakbo ako pauwi dahil kulang milage according to my training plan...sali tayo sa scsm 2011 pacing tayo..

Grabe nga ang real run. I'm still nursing both my middle toes injured by too much digging in the sand during the run. Pictures? hihintayin namin yung official pix dre kasi walang supporters sa changi eh.

Masyadong malayo agwat ng fitness level mo pre! Idol na kita!
Ako magpipilit na matapos lang this year scsm.
After nun eh pang 10k na lang ako next year.

Same here dre. pipilitin ko din lang matapos marathon non stop kung kakayanin nagkamali kung hindi walkathon na lang. looks like we have the same plan in the future dre.. decathlon na lang para less stress... congrats pala ki silver tumakbo din sya with us...

Wanna try duathlon next year. 5k run 49k bike 5k run 2 plates chicken rice 1 can coke!
