Foldable Bike Tips

Post  Makoy on Wed Oct 24, 2012 9:54 am

Hi Folks,

Thinking of buying a foldable bike (probably Dahon) and I just want to ask your about this type of bikes...

2. Is it possible for me to upgrode those basic folding bike (let say 7 or 8 speed) to roadbike gearings?

Thanks!

http://id.polygoncycle.com/index.php?pgid=d_bike&bikeid=633&par=76

@makoy

money is no object (brompton,dahon,reach,tern,tyrell,moulton,sigbin,flamingo,ferrari)
kaya

go go go

ung raleigh or GT nya .... so di ngunit aleoca ay di mananakaw...

peeroo mas di nga masakit kapag mura nanakaw... party

i suggest that do your research and try out the bike urself... ang dami brand dyan so ur spoilt for choice...

imagine realistic scenarios when deciding on your purchase... note the diff features the diff brands have to offer...

why not hiramin mo muna foldie ko or ni fafi atleast you can factor out what you dont want for a foldie....

spend one weekend sa amin lets have some tequilla and ride the folfie ala ginawa namin nung despidida ni mikeV...

ultimatelyy just be honest with urself at san mo ba gagamitin yang hepang foldie na yan...

you dont want to be spending like 700 to 1.2k foldie and endup pinag PCN ride mo lang for once a quarter tapos less than one hour pa ung ride...

on the other hand why not kasi naman good quality and pogi kapa... this is especially helpful esp. kung may self esteem issues ka...

hope that helps
