Aug 22, Baseline Testing protocol

I already scheduled the baseline testing.
WHEN: Aug 22, 2010, SUNDAY
WHERE: Changi Coast rd (start at Aviation rd)
HOW: 20 minute time trial
ROUTE: Southbound on Changi coast rd to Tanah Merah then uturn b4 tanah merah stoplight then finish opposite the changi avaition rd (northbound lane).
REQUIREMENTS: Heart rate monitor or power meter
