overtraining what is that?

Post  kumagako on Tue Mar 22, 2011 10:05 pm

Overtraining for short is a state of the body where it ceases to get any improvement when subdued with stress.
In other terms lose of fitness. galit
It happens when the individual's stress is greater than the body's ability to recover.

Remember that it is during rest when the body regenerates and super compensates to improve.
Training stress only increases the potential to improve.

Overtraining also affects an individual psychologically.
It can make one quit the sport or take a long and extended vacation from it.
It can also cause one to end up wasting too much money in buying free speed and motivation from exotic bike components.

Take care of yourself not to overtrain.
We would still want to see you riding on the road in the next three years. akyat

Don't cheat yourself and undertrain for we don't want to see you on the road and leave you behind. bright
