Changi 100km TTT
When: Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, 7am
Where: Changi coast road or MY
Who: Kahit sino lang may trips
What: 100km TTT , progressive +12km/session (start at 48km)
How: aerobic pace with proper drafting and change (~180watts for lead rider)
meant to improve aerobic power for the long races (survive in the peloton)
minimal improvement in glycogen storage
improve drafting skills and team play
no need for aerobar

tsarap ng ride very easy lang (fat burning pace)
