Pero OK yung bago mong biik, tsarap gamitin, pwedeng panuhog...

Let's plan well yung MY trip, plano namin Saturday para pag-ride doon eh di-bugbog ang hita sa RTI...
And this ride is an endurance/tempo training ride not pleasure ride and definitely not chillax ride... lol!

Ano Kulai this Sat? --> di daw pwede si Lito this Sat pero kung may enough riders tayo cge tuloy tayo...

Target natin is diretso lang very minimal stop...

The last time we do the Kulai loop (CCK team), naka-balik kami sa Yew Tee by 10:30am.
We start cycling by 6am...

Let me know if you guys were fine with that...
Ofcourse, the race maniac "don't want to be stressed" presence is a must! hataw

medyo nasa rest and primary base period ako

medyo kailangan ko ng endurance ride kaya dapat generally flat.

medyo specific kc yang Kulai loop (rolling terrain resulting to very unsteady effort, lots of junk smiles)

sa mga next few weeks cguro ready nko. pwed na makipag-bakbakan.

plus i plan to do RTI at 9am para medyo specific for heat acclimatization for Bintan.

-im a time epektib pleasure rider... intiendes?

sa haba haba ng rason eh ultimate rason is tinatamad ako magbike ng malayo at maaga nagkamali

anyways, kung hindi ako sumipot eh sure na di ako sasama sa MY ride jump
